Property Management

We provide comprehensive management services to the tenants occupying our buildings, ensuring the properties and individual spaces are well-maintained and functional. Our dedicated property managers and maintenance technicians are all based locally in Houston, allowing us to quickly address any issues and keep our properties in top condition. And for larger tenants with their own facilities teams, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated management experience.

Development & Acquisition

We target a variety of properties for our portfolio, including shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and office buildings ranging from 1,000 to 250,000 square feet. When acquiring a property, our team oversees the entire process—from initial acquisition through onboarding tenants in the new acquisition to our platform. In development, we focus on constructing new properties for our own portfolio, ensuring that we build and manage with long-term ownership in mind.

Leasing & Marketing

We lease and market to local mom-and-pop shops, regional tenants, and major national tenants alike. Our Houston-based leasing team strives to be especially hands-on and responsive, working closely with our prospective tenants to provide initial property information, conduct tours, negotiate leases, and assist with tenant coordination, including major build-outs and move-ins.
